EERC Holiday Hours: The East End Resource Center at the Roosevelt Neighborhood Center, 502 Ruffner Ave. in ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä, will be closed this week and next week for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. The Senior Program at the center will resume on Wednesday, Jan. 8. Activities for 2025 will include ceramics, Bible study, yarn working, crafts, Silver Sneakers exercise sessions, and free lunch meals. The EERC Senior Program’s hours of operation in 2025 will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesdays, noon to 3 p.m. on Thursdays and noon to 3 p.m. on Fridays. Festival of Lights: The St. Albans Festival of Lights, at 931 Observatory Drive in St. Albans, will have its final evening of drive-throughs through the light displays, from 6 to 9 p.m.
