The 2025 West Virginia Hunting and Fishing Show will take place Friday, Jan. 24, through Sunday, Jan. 26, at the ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä Coliseum and Convention Center.
Sponsored by the West Virginia Trophy Hunters Association, the 37th annual show will be held in the center’s Exhibit and Convention Hall.
Show hours are noon to 9 p.m. on Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Excluding operating costs, all of the proceeds from the West Virginia Hunting and Fishing Show are donated to programs that promote or protect hunting, fishing, wildlife, conservation, and related educational activities. According to the WVTHA, from 1995 through 2023, more than $985,000 in donations were made to the causes.
The WVTHA also makes in-kind donations to various organizations, and the organization sponsors its almost 600-acre Wildlife Study Project in Wirt County, raising more than $850,000 for the project to date.
The West Virginia Hunting and Fishing Show will include a variety of vendors and organization representatives for hunters and anglers who attend.
In conjunction with the show, the WVTHA oversees the West Virginia Whitetail Hall of Fame, which provides opportunities for hunters to bring their West Virginia deer trophies in for official scoring and to display the largest racks harvested. Participants can bring as many mounts to be scored as they wish and should bring their tags for the deer for official West Virginia Division of Natural Resources scoring.
Daily admission at the door is $12 for adults; children ages 12 and younger will be admitted free.
