About 25 neighborhood children, area residents and city officials finished planting a cherry tree, on Monday, April 28, which was recently set in the ground at Riverview Park on Wertz Avenue in ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä.

The planting was in celebration of Arbor Day, which celebrates the planting and caring for trees. It’s usually celebrated on the last Friday of April but was postponed until Monday because of bad weather last Friday.
