An influential Christian rock band is returning to the stage for another final chapter next spring, and this time it's bringing the historic tour to ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä.
Look for Third Day to take the stage at the ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä Coliseum & Convention Center on April 15.
After Third Day’s sold-out farewell tour in 2018, original members Mac Powell, Mark Lee, David Carr and Tai Anderson reunited for their 30th Anniversary Tour earlier this year. Following a positive reception from fans and several sold out shows, the Grammy Award-winning band has announced an additional leg of the tour, scheduled for spring 2027, according to a news release.
Throughout the band's career Third Day has been known across the contemporary Christian music world, blending rock ‘n roll with the group's faith. The band has released 14 studio albums since forming in 1991 and plans to perform a two-hour setlist of career-defining music, according to the news release.
“This tour reminded us how powerful these songs still are and how deeply they’ve connected with people over the last 30 years,†Lee said. “We didn’t know what to expect from this tour, but the response has been overwhelming from the fans.â€
The second and final leg of the tour will also feature special guests Zach Williams and Scout and the Saints as opening acts.
