Funeral arrangements for Justice Tim Armstead have been announced. Armstead, who served as speaker of the House of Delegates and later on the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, died Tuesday.

Visitation will be Sept. 2 from 3-6 p.m. at the West Virginia House of Delegates Chamber with a memorial service to follow at 6 p.m. in the House chamber. Entombment will be at Elk Hills Memorial Mausoleum in ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä, according to his obituary.
