UC GARNERS 4 SEED: Mountain East Conference champion ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä was handed the Atlantic Region’s No. 4 seed in the NCAA Division II baseball tournament, which begins Thursday.

The Golden Eagles (43-8) will play in a double-elimination, three-team pod with top-seeded host West Chester (43-7) and No. 5 Indiana (Pennsylvania) (33-15). ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä is to meet the Crimson Hawks to open play at 11 a.m. Thursday in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

The winner of that game is off until Friday, while the loser meets the host Golden Rams at 2 p.m.
