The Montrose Drive Bridge above Interstate 64 in South ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä undergoes renovation on April 8, 2026. With the east bridge deck (foreground) currently removed, all traffic is using the west deck.

All eastbound and westbound lanes of a portion of Interstate 64 in ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä will be closed overnight for part of next week.

Closed from 10 p.m.-5 a.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, the West Virginia Department of Transportation said in a news release that the purpose is for crews to remove steel girders from the old Montrose Drive Overpass Bridge.
