The 2024 Capital Cougars season was the first with veteran coach Jon Carpenter back at the helm. However, Capital didn't find a lot of success last season, only winning three games.

The Cougars bring back a roster that's seen a lot of varsity playing time, especially with quarterback Fernando Valdivia and running back David Robinson Jr.
