As floodwaters across Kanawha County recede, residents are left asking: What's next?

Raven Harper was delivering dinner to her mother Sunday evening when the water came rushing down Garrison Avenue.

"I was farther up the road and then the water pushed me down 30 feet." Harper said. "I was trying to open my door, but it was already full of water," referring to her car door.

Garrison Avenue flooding

Cabin Creek flooding
