Four players scored goals to lead Sissonville girls soccer to a 6-0 victory over Midland Trail on Saturday at Joe Sawyer Field.
Rylie Haynes and Payton Marion each scored two goals while Genna Ramsey and Karlee Strickland scored one goal each. Blake Cruickshank and Jaden Walker each had an assist in the game as the Indians improved to 5-3 on the season.
GEORGE WASHINGTON 3, OAK HILL 0: Mia Lough scored two goals and Ellie Pray assisted on each to help the Patriots hand Oak Hill its first defeat of the season on Thursday in ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä.
The Patriots (9-2) capped their fifth straight win on a goal by Pray that was assisted by Mady Rothwell. GW took 12 shots on goal while Oak Hill (8-1) had none.
RIPLEY 45, LINCOLN COUNTY 8: Cody Lawrence rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns while Parker Keller caught five passes for 93 yards and a pair of TDs to help the Vikings (2-1) earn the win on Friday.
Keller added a field goal and went 6 for 6 on extra points with additional scoring coming from Jackson Moore and Peyton Keller who each added rushing touchdowns in the game.
Lincoln County (0-2) added a TD with 1:15 to play on a 49-yard pass from Jackson Shull to Kody Adkins.
Ripley will play Friday at Point Pleasant while the Panthers will return home to face Herbert Hoover.
