A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for noon on Saturday, March 9, to celebrate the grand opening of Fox Coffee Company and the new location of Elk River Boutique at 14 Main St. in Clendenin.
Saturday's festivities will include giveaways, free gifts and a special drink menu.
Fox Coffee Co. is a coffee and specialty drink shop, owned by Lisa and Brian Fox, featuring a full coffee and espresso menu as well as tea, hot cocoa, flavored water and their exclusive whipped refreshers. Sugar-free and caffeine-free options are available.
The coffee shop is located inside the Elk River Boutique, which is an independently owned fashion boutique located in downtown Clendenin.
Elk River Boutique, which is also owned by the Foxes, was located previously across Main Street from the new location, which features homemade car air fresheners, earrings and personalized jewelry. Some brands at the store include Simply Southern, Kan Can, Judy Blue, Sun Sand & Saltwater Sandals, Corky’s Footwear, Yellowbox, Pete & Lucy, L’Amour & Angel Baby Shoes, and Anna Kaci.
Also available are hand-painted home decor, home accents and greenery, along with a do-it-yourself crafting area where crafting classes are offered.
Elk River Boutique partners with other local crafters, artisans and small businesses.
