The city of South ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä, in an effort to rid the area of litter, is installing 100 waste baskets. At the mound (D Street and Seventh Avenue) city employees Fred Huffman and Jim Jones install one of the trash containers. Looking on are Councilwoman Mrs. Frances Price, Chamber of Commerce Managing Director Oscar Fudge and Police Chief John King. The baskets cost the city and the Chamber $1,300.
