Monday night, the ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä City Council voted to approve its $113.6 million budget for the fiscal year starting on July 1.

Ward 11 Councilmember Shannon Snodgrass brought forth an amendment to change police officer pay raises with $32,000 of the more than $3 million budgeted for overtime.
