Opioid money meeting

Around 60 people gathered at the Kanawha Public Library in ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä Wednesday night to discuss what the city should do with the $5.2 million of opioid settlement funds it has available.

The money, which was distributed at the state, county and municipality level, comes from lawsuits against opioid manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers.
